2 Member Eligibility

To register and use we1win's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration. we1win strictly prohibits underage individuals from using this platform.
• Register in a personal capacity, not as a representative or agent of any business entity for gambling purposes.
• Not be included on any self-exclusion list enforced by we1win or any relevant regulatory body.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts the use of online gaming platforms of this nature.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

We1win reserves the right to request identity document verification (KYC) at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

• Minimum deposit is as stated on your account deposit page, depending on the chosen payment method.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to completed verification requirements.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on the payment method and verification requirements.
• We1win reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests that require further investigation for security or compliance reasons.
• Any charges or fees imposed by banks or third-party payment providers are the member's responsibility.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without notice:

If an account is closed due to a breach of the Terms, we1win reserves the right to forfeit all funds associated with the violating activity. Legitimate funds unrelated to the breach will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to full KYC compliance.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our customer support. All valid fund balances will be processed for withdrawal once the relevant conditions are met.
